April Showers

In our house, we have a two year old who is scared of rain. And terrified of thunder and lightning. And seeing as how we live in the Midwest, where we tend to get a lot of thunderstorms, poor Ella has the potential of being scared for the next month or so. We've had thunder and rain two days this week, and both times, she was so scared and needed her blankie and her daddy. For some reason, when she's that scared, Steven's the only one she wants. I think she's convinced that he's tougher than the thunder so he can protect her from it.

And in other news, Steven is finally on the mend. The doctor finally put him one something that is really helping. So hopefully, after 3 weeks of being down right miserable, he's starting to feel quite a bit better (hallelujah!)!
